STEEL Collection | Cast Iron Long-Spout Watering Can — Walnut Handle, Brass Rose Sprinkler
Long-Spout Watering Can
A swan neck of iron, a rose of brass, and a grip of walnut. For watering without spilling, reaching without straining.
The Swan Neck
The body is cast as a single pear-shaped vessel — broad at the base for balance, narrowing toward the shoulder so the water sits low and steady in the hand. From one side, a long spout rises and curves forward like a swan's neck, ending in a perforated rose that breaks the stream into a soft, even rain.
The handle is bent from solid walnut, its arc shaped to fit the curl of the fingers when the can is full and heavy. Where wood meets iron, the joint is clean — no visible screws, no crude welds. The lid lifts off for filling, topped with a small iron knob that stays cool to the touch.
Pour slowly and the rose delivers a fine drizzle. Pour faster and the stream widens. Either way, the long spout reaches where your arm cannot — between seedlings, under foliage, into the back of a hanging basket.
