STEEL Collection | Cast Iron Garden Trowel — Walnut Handle, Satin Finish Forged Hand Trowel
Cast Iron Garden Trowel
Where the weight of iron meets the warmth of walnut. Forged for the earth, finished for the hand.
Iron and Grain
Each trowel begins as a single casting of dark cast iron — dense, unyielding, built to penetrate compacted soil without bending. The head is ground to a gentle satin finish: not mirror-bright, not rough-hewn, but a quiet surface that catches light like wet river stone.
The handle is turned from solid walnut, its grain running the length of the grip. Each one is shaped to swell at the palm and narrow at the fingers — a form dictated by the hand, not by a drawing. The iron ferrule at the end carries a hanging hole, so the tool rests where you left it.
No paint. No coating. No branding stamp. Just iron that darkens with use and wood that deepens with oil from your hands.
